My journey into leadership and strategy wasn’t linear. It was forged through real challenges, real organisations, and real stakes. I’ve worked across corporate, governance, and social impact environments—advising leaders navigating complexity, transformation, and high-stakes decisions.
I served as the Deputy Chairperson and the Strategy, Programs, and Impact Lead for a governance working group within a South African industry body.
In this dual capacity, I personally led the establishment of board structures, accountability frameworks, and high-level compliance systems. This is not a theoretical service offering; it is a rare, hands-on credential. It positions me to advise companies at the highest level of institutional governance as they prepare for international investment, global partnerships, and large-scale social impact.
